Summer Smile Contest Official Rules

Hamilton Dental Associates periodically hosts contests and giveaways for our community. The official rules for each promotion will be posted on this page and updated as needed. Please review the rules associated with the current promotion before entering.

Contest Period

The Hamilton Dental Associates Summer Smile Contest begins on July 23, 2026, and ends on August 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.

Eligibility

• Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.
• Parents or legal guardians may enter on behalf of children under 18.
• Employees of Hamilton Dental Associates and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

The official contest announcements can be found on Hamilton Dental Associates’ Facebook and Instagram pages.

To enter:

1. Snap a photo showing off your biggest summer smile.
2. 📍 Post it on Facebook OR Instagram
3. Tag Hamilton Dental Associates
4. Include #HDASummerSmileContest in your caption.

Each qualifying post submitted during the contest period counts as one (1) entry.

Please note:

• Your Facebook or Instagram post must be Public so Hamilton Dental Associates can view and verify your entry.
• Entries from private accounts or accounts with privacy settings that prevent Hamilton Dental Associates from viewing the post, tag, or hashtag cannot be counted.
• Posts must remain publicly visible through the winner selection date to remain eligible.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Six (6) Trenton Thunder tickets
• Game-day Discounts & Boomer Bucks

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner.

Hamilton Dental Associates reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
• The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the drawing.
• The winner must respond within 72 hours or another eligible winner may be selected.
• Hamilton Dental Associates may announce the winner’s first name and last initial on its social media channels.

Photo Permission

By entering this contest, you represent that:

• You own the submitted photo or have permission to submit it.
• The submitted photo is an original image and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• AI-generated or digitally created images intended to misrepresent the participant or event are not eligible.
• If the photo includes a child under 18, you are the child’s parent or legal guardian (or have permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to submit the image).

By entering, you grant Hamilton Dental Associates a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and use your submitted photo on its website, Facebook page, Instagram account, and other marketing materials related to Hamilton Dental Associates without additional compensation.

General Rules

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Only one (1) prize will be awarded.
• Each unique, qualifying Facebook or Instagram post counts as one (1) entry.
• Duplicate posts using the same photo may be removed or disqualified at Hamilton Dental Associates’ discretion.
• Entries must be submitted during the official contest period.
• Entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted content that you do not have permission to use.
• Automated entries, fake accounts, or attempts to manipulate the contest are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
• Hamilton Dental Associates reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
• Hamilton Dental Associates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Hamilton Dental Associates, which are final.

Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this contest will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Hamilton Dental Associates’ Privacy Policy.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.
